Arkansas Fair Vote Amendment Level the Playing Field for All Candidates All candidates for federal, state, and county offices in Arkansas shall collect petition signatures to gain ballot access. (1%) Only a candidate’s name shall appear on any ballot for public office within the state of Arkansas. Arkansas shall have no law respecting an establishment of or prohibiting the free exercise of any political party. Primary elections shall be the sole responsibility of each political party.
