Rutgers School of Dental Medicine interview process is a half day event
Personal interview, conversational style, guided by a holistic form used to assess qualities such as self-confidence, interpersonal/leadership skills and ability to overcome challenges and motivation.
Examples "Tell me about yourself,” “Identify your greatest weakness,” and “Why are you interested in dentistry?”

Know yourself. Explain the unique qualities that make you a good candidate. Share your interests, volunteer experiences /or activities Know why you want to go to dental school. Be sincere and passionate.
It’s OK to bring supplemental materials to the interview.
It is likely that the interviewer will ask questions based on your submitted materials, so review them beforehand
