RMetS staff - Jackie Bryans and Chloe Moore WiFi - open network RGS-IBG no password required First Aid - First Aiders are on site for the duration of the meeting. Any accidents should be reported to a member of the Events Team at the RGS main reception desk. First Aid assistance will be provided if necessary. Fire - no planned fire drills today. In the event of a fire, a member of the RGS team will guide everyone out to the meeting point. Meeting materials - The Society will make available some of the presentation material (where authors have given their permission) and audio recordings on the meetings section of the website shortly after today’s meeting Mobile phones – please switch off, or use the silent mode.
