Once you have reached Self Actualization do you maintain it for the rest of your life? What could occur in ones life that might effect one’s ability to maintain self actualization? Death of a loved one Job loss Divorce New Baby Marriage College Graduation Revisit your list of 10 needs from the bell ringer and identify which level of Maslow’s each one fits into.

Four Elements For Positive Self-Esteem
Recognizing and Accepting Strengths Classroom, athletics, job, church, activities, hobbies, music, computers, etc. What are your strengths? Creating a Sense of Belonging Surround yourself with positive, supportive people Who or what gives you a sense of belonging? Be content and grateful Accepting your role in your life, job, family etc. What qualities in life are you grateful for? Having Positive Role Models Picking individuals in your life to surround yourself around, along with looking up to Who are your role models?
