2 The introduction of directive in 2003/59/EC:
CPC Driver in Poland The introduction of directive in 2003/59/EC: Obligatory for drivers, who got driving licence: ● after 10th of September 2008 (D category) ● after 10th of September (C category) Training includes: 260h of lectures and practise, 20h of driving (4h in special conditions). Total 280 h. High- class simulators can be used as an alternative. All costs ca € covered by drivers. 3 CPC Driver in Poland The licence for the training is given by the Province Governor. Training Centre has to fulfill the below conditions: ● prepare the programme of trainings ● have teachers and lectures ● have audience, educational materials etc. ● have vehicles for training (or high-class simulator) ● have access to special place for driving The licence is valid only in a given province. 2010 Driver Competence Seminar, Brussels, Belgium

8 This is the only form of help from the State.
CPC Driver in Poland Polish Government is working on lowering the number of training hours (end - in april 2010). The initial qualification for 21 years old drivers in category C and 23 years old in category D is about to be lowered to 140h. Training includes: 130h of lectures and practise, 10h of driving (2h in special conditions). High- class simulators can be used as an alternative. It will lower the price of the training for ca 800 €. There have appeared programmes within the confines of the European Funds, which  support the system of drivers' trainings, and finance them for chosen beneficiaries.
