Because you can feel better. Because you can study, read, work better. Because you can prevent several diseases, like bulimia, anorexia, obesity, etc. Because you can keep fit and happier.

Healthy life could provoke obsession. Wholesome food and active life are expensive. Restaurants, gyms, etc. Healthy life style could provoke other kind of diseases, vigorexia, anorexia,… Fast food is faster and cheaper.

Questions for debate: Is a healthy life style a good reason for someone to lose weight or could it provoke obsession in some people? Why do top athletes often die young? Could it be responsible for vigorexia, anorexia, bulimia and other diseases?
