Open your books and turn to page 1. Look at Warming up 234. Discuss with your deskmates. You have 3 minutes to discuss. 3 minutes later, I will ask 3 students to give your own answers to the three questions. Remember:Only English, no Chinese. When you are discussing, I will walk around the classroom. When I walk past you, you can ask me for help. If I am helping other students, you have to discuss with your deskmates.

If I can have some paintings in my home, I will choose neither typical Chinese nor Western-style paintings. Instead, I will have my own paintings and Jimmy’s cantoons in my home. The reason is simple:I like my own paintings and Jimmy’s cantoons. I have ever wished I could paint as well as Jimmy. I want to paint what I think in my mind and get them published as well as Jimmy’s cantoons.
