11. NCAA Eligibility Center
WHO? Any student/athlete considering a Division I or II School

12. Transcripts
Submit transcript electronically on CFNC.org for NC schools
OR see Mrs. Carter, Registrar, in Guidance for a transcript request form
List colleges and scholarships where you would like your transcripts sent
Pick up official transcripts the next day and mail them to the colleges
Exceptions
If a college has a counselor form ask your counselor to prepare transcripts and counselor form
If your student took Sandhills Community College classes in high school he/she will need to request a transcript from Sandhills once class is finished in order to receive college credit. PHS transcript lists Sandhills classes and can be used for college admission purposes.

Completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Apply for a student PIN and a parent PIN
