Colleges can pull Indirect Business Office may make the decision The percent of indirect is based on the Federal Indirect Rate Colleges have applied for it through HHS It typically covers costs such as Utilities, Phone, Business Office, Personnel, and Presidents Office FYI - Update to Business Office and CFO - May 19,2015 Additional changes to the grant package may include up front expectations spelled out and accountability measures
