dynamics of indicators of autonomic regulation of the cardiovascular system in various forms of biofeedback training Pankova N.B. Research Institute of General Pathology and Pathophysiology, Moscow, Russia

2 Different versions of the restoration of optimal level of functioning of the body through training with biofeedback (BFB) are increasingly used in school medicine: widespread biofeedback correction of psychological abnormalities students (ADHD MMD) and psychosomatic disorders of teachers (hypertension, burnout syndrome and et al.). Finding the most effective methods of this therapy is associated with the study of the physiological laws of health recovery.

3 A comparative study of the various indicators of the cardiovascular system conducted under the three biofeedback training: 1) watching your favorite cartoons, tracking heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP); 2) relaxation music in the background of the corresponding video sequence (1 and 2 - on the basis of "BOSLAB-professional", LLC "Computer systems biofeedback", Novosibirsk); 3) active breathing exercises (the program "BOS-breath" Company "Biofeedback", St. Petersburg).

4 In all training variants carried out
2 registration (before and after) HR and BP with medical tonometer, and 2 two-minute recording of heart rate (HR) and finger blood pressure (fBP) (SACR device, LLC "INTOX", St. Petersburg). The study involved 16 people for each option held 5 training sessions lasting 10 to 20 minutes. Statistical analysis carried out for the assessment of the degree of change in the indexes (in%) in the 2nd register compared to the 1st, using the nonparametric Wilcoxon test for related variables (# - p < 0,05)

7 Total power of variability spectra
Variant 1: short-term increase in the total power spectra of variability of fBPs and fBPd Variant 2: transient decrease in TP_HR (by reducing the power range LF) and stable (but decreases with time) Reduction TP_fBPs (by reducing the power range LF) Variant 3: increase in TP_fBPd (and increasing with time), increase the power range of LF spectra variability fBPs and fBPd

Variant 1: transient decrease in BRS Variant 2 : no changes Variant 3: a delayed increase in LF/HF

9 RESUME The impact on the functional state of the person by switching attention from the problems of life to a known positive experiences (variant 1 of biofeedback training) accompanied by significant changes in both the baseline cardiovascular system, as well as indicators of autonomic regulation, which can be interpreted as normal. Program of neutral relaxation (variant 2) does not cause significant changes in the indices of heart rate, blood pressure and autonomic regulation. Active breathing training (variant 3) causes the tuning of the spectral heart rate variability and blood pressure, are more likely to be caused by a decrease in respiratory rate and tidal waves corresponds to the transition from HF ranges to LF ranges in spectra of variability.
