8 Entry Criteria / Duration
Can be flexed by organisation “Typically” 5 GCSE’s at A* - C (including English & Maths) 2 A-levels at A* - D (or equivalent) Duration Typically 24 months for a new recruit May be less if someone has previous experience

10 Funding New Funding rules from April 2017 Apprenticeship Levy
Applies to organisations with a pay bill of more than £3,000,000 per annum 0.5% levy collected through payroll Available to spend in your DAS account If you don’t spend in 24 months money goes back to the treasury

11 Levy Continued If you’re organisation is a levy payer, what is 0.5% of your PM staff’s pay bill? Make a case to have these funds spent on PM apprenticeships

12 Non-Levy 90% contribution to cost of training up to cap amount
10% employer contribution

13 Funding Bands L4 Associate Project Manager
£9000 Other bands will be confirmed as standards are approved
