READ 180 has a small group component…all members of each group must work together

8. READ 180 Procedures
When you enter the room get your folder, READ 180 r-Book, and READ 180 Independent Reading Book and then sit in your assigned seat. You must have a pencil at all times.
READ 180 has 3 rotation groups: Small group, Computers, and Independent Reading. When we rotate groups, you will need to follow the appropriate traffic flow ---around the table on the left side. You will change groups quickly and quietly. There will be NO talking permitted.
After your READ 180 Computer time, you will clean your headphones and microphone. All monitors will be turned off and you need to hang your headphones on the right hand side of your computer.

9. SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESS
Be on time for class
Do not enter the classroom, unless a teacher is in the room. Stand quietly in the hallway against the lockers. DO NOT block the hallway.
Be prepared…do assigned homework and assignments, always bring a pencil

EARTH DAY – Special displays/reports with environmental themes

Poetry Books/Power Points

11. EXTRA CREDIT
5 extra bonus points will be given to a student if they bring in an unopened box of tissues to class during the first week of each marking period.
