2 Who were the Indo-Aryans?
Nomadic people Migrated to Northwestern India Herded sheep and cows Conquered Indus, later entire north plain

3 Indo-Aryan society Small city-states Raja ruler Caste system
Marriage was very important A raja is a title for a monarch/princely Indian ruler. Some of his duties contain but are not limited to: protection of people and their property, acting as an alternate judge in court of law, and helping out the people when a natural disaster strikes.

Also grew leafy veggies, pears, and lentils Bartered for goods

Helped form Hinduism Developed from Brahmin interpretations of Vedas Brahma main god, is everything Monotheistic Every little god is part of Brahma
