Behaviour Exceptional behaviour is expected at all times and it is imperative in ensuring that we all have a happy and safe time. The expectations we have for the children’s behaviour and conduct will be made very clear to the children before we leave and throughout the trip. We and the PGL staff are able to remove children from activities if their behaviour is putting themselves or others at risk. This includes by not listening to adult instructions. Serious incidents of misbehaviour may warrant contacting parents to arrange for their child to be collected from the premises and withdrawn from the trip.
12
Activities The children will be put into 5 groups and rotate around the activities over the three days of the trip with a Meads adult and PGL instructors. Through a range of adventurous and team-building activities, we want children to develop confidence and maturity, along with social skills.

Medicines PGL have been informed of medical conditions and all Meads staff are aware. If your child has regular medicine we will need to take it with us so you MUST complete the legal form in the office if you have not already done so. If there is more than one medication, these need to go on separate forms You must provide us with enough medicine for the duration of the holiday, it must be in date, named and the requirements for taking it clearly identified. It must have a printed doctor’s label on it. All medicines (including travel pills) taken to Kestrels Class and signed in to Mrs Andrews Children who need blue inhalers need one with them at all times during the trip. We therefore advise you to bring two blue inhalers in case one is misplaced.
