Fraser Island 24th -27th April
After the National Conference

2. OPPORTUNITY
The National Conference is at Noosa North Shore 22nd - 24th April. TLCC QLD are then taking the convoys coming from other states to Fraser Island on the 24th. This event is open to ALL club members … trips and socialising is open to all Club members! We have convoys attending from: New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory! All in support of the Toyota Land Cruiser Club of Australia National Conference. As the host club, we will ensure ALL club members have events and activities to participate in during the conference and following the conference.

Come along to the 2016 Conference, stay with us at Noosa North Shore Resort and travel in convoy to Inskip Point and up along the
beautiful, iconic and world heritage listed
beaches of Fraser island!

4. Fraser Island
24th April 2016 Members only coming to Fraser to meet at Inskip Point Depart NNSR 10am travel via black tar to Inskip Point barge Group Camping Dundubara– Fraser Island NOTE: must be self sufficient with food and water 25th April 2016 Dawn Service or 10am Service ANZAC DAY Return to camp – rest until after lunch Afternoon Fraser Island Tour trip Joint Club Dinner (Sponsor)(cost) 26th April 2016 Day trip – ALL day Sandy Cape and surrounds 27th April 2016 Pack up or stay for longer!! You will need to shift camp!

5. Fraser Island Must see destination
Join in the fun with inter-club activities!!
Showers and toilets at fenced camping area (dingo safety)
You may have to travel a short distance to have a ‘real’ (coin operated) shower

6. What activities can we expect?
Beach activities – swimming
Fishing
Fun activities with all clubs
Dawn Service or 10am Service at Fraser Island (tides)
Anzac Day– group dinner will be Anzac Day themed… dress up in your Aussie best – typical Aussie fare – sausages, steak and salads!
Camera moments throughout the whole trip!

7. Are you excited yet??
Why do we want to do this for our visiting TLCC Clubs…. Because we can! This event is held every two years – this is your chance to meet sister club members and be a part of a FUN weekend.

Q: Can we stay longer on Fraser island? A: Absolutely! We opted to keep the Conference and Fraser island at a couple of days for each so that you can also “do your own thing” or plan your trip home.

NNSR Ferry – approx $12 for vehicle/trip
Manta Ray Barge (Fraser Island) $110 return trip/vehicle ($170 for vehicle + trailer/caravan)
Vehicle access permits for Fraser Island - $46.65
Camping at Dundabarra – members need to make their own booking ($5.95 pp/pn)
