6 We manage the switch When you switch retailers, Click Energy works with the existing retailer to take over the meter. There is no physical transfer ie the power doesn’t get turned off or turned back on. So there is no danger in losing power. CLICK TIP For customers moving home and need a new connection. Make sure they clearly state the move in date.
