2. Paperwork:
Every student who goes abroad on a semester exchange, affiliated, or non-affiliated program must complete paperwork for IC and upload to online OIP application file.
Release Form
Consortium Agreement Form (SFS use only; do not need to upload to your file)
Petitions for Assignment/Transfer of Credit
Study Abroad Policies & Procedures Form
Plus completion of various electronic forms online
Students going on non-affiliated programs must also take a leave of absence.
All forms (paper/electronic) must be uploaded or completed no later than 5/5/17

3. Residential Life housing@ithaca.edu Procedures for:
Notifying Residential Life you will be away from campus next semester
Arranging on-campus housing for the semester after your study abroad experience

4. Student Accessibility Services
If you are a student with a documented disability and will need accommodations while studying abroad, please contact SAS as early as possible.

6. Student Financial Services: Financial Aid
Procedures for:
Arranging transfer of eligible financial aid for your semester abroad
Cash advance on expected financial aid that exceeds program charges
Maintaining full-time status while abroad in order to keep current/future financial aid.

7. Student Financial Services: Billing
Procedures for:
Paying non-affiliated admin fee and $400 advance deposit to IC
Billing (details on handout)
Short-term, exchange, affiliated & non-affiliated programs
Accessing credit from excess financial aid on your student account
