PPAC GPA Calculations Worksheet Verification

Step 1: Get copies of your AU transcript and transcripts for all other schools attended.

Step 2: Calculate the total GPA hours and total quality points listed on all of the transfer transcripts. Example: Southern Union (10 hours/37 points) + USA (14 hours/56 points) = 24 hours/93 points

Step 3: Compare this total to what is listed on the AU transcript (page 2) under AU Transcript Totals (Undergraduate) after the Total Transfer label.

Step 6: Compare this Undergraduate GPA, calculated on your AU transcript, with the one on your PPAC GPA Worksheet. Do they match?

Step 7: Add BCPM points and All Other points on your PPAC GPA Worksheet. Does this total match the total shown on the AU transcript for points?
