Welcome MNBLN is an employer-led endeavor that promotes best practices that enhance employment and career opportunities for skilled individuals who have a disability. We have been making a difference for 17 years! Why We Are Here Nearly 1 in 5 people have a disability (2010 U.S. Census Bureau Report) 10% of college students have a disability 37% of college graduates with disabilities in MN are not working 98,000 job vacancies in MN TODAY (number is expected to grow) 74% of jobs in MN require post-secondary training/education
