CHS is governed by a board of directors, the majority of whom are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing. HOW WE CAN HELP Key Programs & Services for Employers PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Contact: Services for Employers – We can help you find qualified candidates for job opportunities in your organization or business, and implement strategies to make your workplace accessible to culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing employees and consumers. Ontario Employment Assistance Services (EAS): Canadian Hearing Society is one of the service providers who administers the EAS program on behalf of Employment Ontario. This program helps Ontarians find sustainable employment.
