1. FAQ 11 How can I look up my results on the website?
Results and assessor feedback is accessible from the Assessment Tasks or Grades areas of your course
From the main menu selection screen – select the course you are enrolled in
If I were enrolled in the Certificate of Registration Salesperson course – I would click on the course marked in red
To progress through this slide show, simply click your mouse or use the arrow keys

2. Once you have accessed your course, there are several ways to view your results and/or assessor’s feedback – Detailed view in your assessment tasks:
Scroll down the course until the Activities panel/tab on the left hand side of the screen is displayed. Then click on Assignments
An assignment summary screen showing your submissions and grades will be displayed.
For the detail and assessor feedback, simply click on the required CPPDSM####A Assessment Tasks link
OR…

3. Alternative method to access your assessment tasks:
Scroll down the main course screen to the module you are wanting to view
select the required CPPDSM####A Assessment Tasks link

4. Either of these methods will display the assessment task questions…
To check or view assessors feedback and/or grading of this module, scroll to the bottom of the assessment task questions screen
You can see the assessors Feedback and grade here
If the Assessors comments are partially hidden, you can expand them by clicking on the button

5. Alternatively you can view your Grades Summary:
Look in the left hand column of the screen and scroll down to the panel/tab marked Settings
Select the Grades link under Course Administration

6. A summary of your course grades and assessor’s feedback is displayed….
Your achieved grade is displayed in the Grade column
Any assessor feedback and/or help to obtain a “Competent” grade is displayed in the Feedback column
From here you can use the header/menu path to navigate back to :
your course by selecting the NSW RESP (or course id) link, or;
the main home screen by clicking on the Home link
Press the Esc key to exit the slide show
