Reference maps (e.g. SNU prioritization; facilities)
Exploring the spatial structure of the epidemic (PLHIV)
Aligning services with burden (PMTCT sites with population/prevalence)

Mapping high yield and low yield sites with volume
Supply chain logistics
Identifying statistically significant hot spots and cold spots

At the end of today’s session participants will:
Be able to pair questions with GIS tools and understand the strengths and limitations of mapping in Panorama and DATIM.
Understand what’s needed for GIS analysis in terms of skill sets, time, and software
Have skills to present data at multiple scales (e.g. district and facility) using Panorama and DATIM
One will be for beginner mappers and we’ll focus on DATIM and Panorama.
