Understand the new features, how can my company save money?
Learn how to implement BitLocker, DirectAccess, DeviceGuard to better improve PC security.
Learn the tough things!

11. OneDrive
OneDrive is fundamentally changing how organizations save and access data.
In a mobile first world, users need data on the go.
Truth: users have a hard time adjusting to losing file servers and understanding collaboration features.

12. Microsoft 365 Licences are out, subscriptions are in.
Windows 10, Office 365, EMS is the new kid on the block.
So many new technologies included.
Someone has to support all of that!

13. Azure AD It’s essential to understand the basics for cloud identity.
Don’t get bogged down with ADFS.
Understand why computers register to AAD, and what that means.

14. Intune & MDM Intune changes how companies manage and support Windows.
Your job may now include non-Windows device management.
How is MDM different to managing with GPO.
