3. Tiger team objectives
Centre of Excellence in digital preservation will provide training for the digital preservation community
A tiger team has been set up to look at:
Training outputs from the project
Content review in terms of the integrated vision
Other materials linked to training courses e.g. webinars, deliverables
Training needs within the community
Feedback from events already held
Market research findings
Integrate WP42 and WP43 outputs
Online training portal will host the CoE’s training provision
Future training events to be assessed in line with demand

APARSEN has created an integrated view of digital preservation
Training content consists of mini courses covering the areas listed

5. Deliverables WP42 & WP43
WP42 will produce a deliverable, no deliverables are due for WP43 this period
WP43 outputs related to training will therefore be integrated into the WP42 deliverable. This is as agreed with reviewers

9. APA CoE – Online Training Portal (OTP)
Course material will be available online in the form of training courses via the APA’s website (hosted within the OTP). Introductory presentations are free of charge and are available on the APA website. Pages will be live in last quarter of 2014.
