TEMPEST EXPRESS- 30 April 2017 Good morning/afternoon/evening. My name is . I am from the US PACIFIC COMMAND Training Directorate (J7). I am representing the multinational planning augmentation team (MPAT) secretariat. I would like to say a few words about the MPAT program. 2 Workshop Admin Please turn off mobile phones or place them in silent mode during briefings and group work. In the event of fire or emergency here at the event follow directions of the hotel staff. Please do not leave your bags unattended. Laptops computers, projectors and printers will be available for each working group. We have a copy machine in the Secretariat on the 5th floor if needed but please keep all printing to a minimum.

3 Workshop Admin A USB flash-drive with academics, the group photo, contact list, and all products produced will be given to each participant at the end of the workshop. The MPAT Secretariat Room is located on the 5th floor in the “Permata IX” Room. For participants staying at the J W Marriott Hotel, breakfast is included in your room charge. Lunch is included for all participants on work days as part of the meeting package.

4 Workshop Admin All other meals, Mini-bar, telephone charges; (dinner or room service) are individual responsibilities Please settle your hotel rooms bills in advance. A computer will be set up in the break areas Please check it to make sure your contact information is correct.

5 Workshop Admin Icebreaker tonight 16:30 to 18:00 in the Blue Martini room. Be in uniform with name badge. Questions?
