The College takes very seriously the protection of vulnerable adults on courses and will take steps to ensure that any suspected or reported abuse will be dealt with sensitively and quickly. The College’s Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Policy sets out the procedures for people wishing to report abuse. 8 Site facilities The centre office is at the front of the building where you have just come in The canteen is on the ground floor and you will have a 15 min break at approximately (insert time or delete if not needed) The toilets are (insert location of nearest toilets facility) There is a user contract for use of the PCs which you need to fill in and hand back at the end of the lesson There is an emergency evacuation procedure and you will be shown the assembly point

11 Student Association The College has a Student Association and at the beginning of each class is asked to nominate a person to represent the students. The association meets termly – more information is available at both main centres
