2 King Louis XVI King Louis was a short pudgy kid
He was not a very good king and always looked for someone to tell him dictions At 15 he was set up to marry Marie Antoinette She was a princess form Austria and He was not interested in sex because he was diagnosed with an erectile disjunction witch made his wife look bad because people thought that she couldn’t produce an air

3 Marie Antoinette Marie Antoinette was fro Austria who was not an alie with France with them two marring it was an end to the fighting between the two and it set the two powers as allies As the two get older people look at her in disgust because they think that she cant produce and air to the thrown But it was king Louis. He was not interested in sex because he was terrified to go do a procedure for his disorder

4 King Louis XVI The king would always listen to other people at the last minute This was his biggest fault and eventfully led to his down fall as a king and also his execution Because of all the bad advise he took not only was he to be beheaded also his wife Marie Antoinette

5 King Louis XVI king Louis was the reason of the French revolution
he would throw extravagant parties knowing that his country is in poverty and are starving people are out in the streets starting bread riotous because he made the flower prices sky rocket bread was the main part of the French peoples diet and since there was a shortage of it people went crazy looking for it

6 King Louis XVI When the revolution was going on he thought that he didn’t have to do anything He would throw parties and spend money that he didn’t have and would tax the country and use half the money that came in to pay off all the debt that he was making But king Louis was not the only one that was spend money that he didn’t have. Marie Antoinette was extravagantly spending too.

7 Marie Antoinette Since she was always being neglected by Louis she would spend huge amounts of money on expensive jewelry shoes and clothes But he thing that she would spend the most money on was her lavish hair does They coasted a lot of money and would be take hours to do

8 Down Fall of Louis and Marie
The people were getting so mad at the twos spending on them and not on the well fair of the country they started acting out Thousands of women gathered and took a 12 mile walk to the palace of versie When they go there they broke down the doors and looking for the king and queen When the got in, they killed guards and if Marie didn’t get to Louis's room the enraged people would have killed her too

9 The Trail The king went before the judges and was tried for treason
At the end of the trial he was convicted and was sentenced to death the following moth After he was beheaded Marie was beheaded too in October 16, 1793

10 The Escape When the peasants didn’t leave Louis and Marie had to go back to Paris with them At Paris they were prisoners of there own city After a while king Louis and Marie tried to escape from the city and go to Austria so they could assemble an army there and take back Paris So the two dressed up as peasants so they could get out of the city The succesfully got out but right before they got into Austria they were found at Varennes witch is on the border of Austria. They were taken back to Paris to await trial
