3. Conferences in the T&F research field
1) CPEM 2010 held in Korea.
2) AP-RASC’10 held for 5 days from September 22, 2010 at Toyama International Conference Center, Toyama, Japan
Five sessions as the joint sessions of ATF2010 (Asia Pacific Time and Frequency Workshop).
About 580 researchers participated from 29 economies in total. Within the 519 total number of submitted papers, 46 papers related with the time and frequency metrology were presented.

Implementation of CIPM MRA
Peer reviewers to be instructed by the APMP guidelines to include existing CMCs in the reviews.
In the case that an NMI des not submit any CMCs for 5 year, the issue is handled through the QS review mechanism.
Strategic Directions for APMP
The main focus of APMP should gradually shift towards supporting research, developing of new technologies and new services for industry.
Support of DEC activities
TC chairs recognise the differences in the development status of APMP's developing economy NMIs (DENs) and try to account for it when developing its activities.
Effectiveness of APMP Meetings
Mid-year meetings :worth while to have mid-year TCCs meeting.
