Assignments are made by the Chairs/Associate Deans
PT Faculty member sends an acceptance no later than 12th week of the term

Process implemented for CHSS, MSE and SAGE 2 semesters in advance.
The purpose of the Part-Time Faculty Assignment Process is to ensure that part-time faculty are scheduled in a consistent manner across the college, that course assignments are made early in the scheduling process, appropriate coverage of classes is achieved, and adequate time is provided for faculty preparation.
