AGROCLIMATIC ASSESSMENT OF THE PROJECT
Ski complex "Artybash" is located on the northern slope of Mountain Kokuya , in close proximity to Teleskoye lake, not far away from Iogach village - 4,5 km.
Main characteristics:
the number of days with snow cover - from 170 to 180;
average winter temperature -11,5 ° C; highest point on the mountain m; lowest point of the mountain - 535m;
base of the mountain slopes are varied from 5 to 20 degrees;
the total length of the tracks - 20 km;
the length of the longest track - 6 km.
Ski track on the draft is up to 1500 meters, track for snow tubing is up to 80 m.

3. UNIQUENESS OF THE PROJECT
Teletskoye Lake is one of the most unique water bodies in the world. In 1998, by UNESCO decision Teletskoye Lake was inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List.
Lake Teletskoye - the largest and deepest lake of mysterious and beautiful land called Altai. In the Altain language the lake is called Altyn Kol which means "Golden Lake".
About 2,000 people a day visit Artybash and Iogach villages in the summer time without any additional advertising.

4. SERVICE CENTER OF COMPLEX
The total land area is 8.9 hectares. The complex consists of:
- building of administration, cafe, restaurant, rental point (1);
- building of the hotel for 60 guests (2);
two residential hotel units for 36 guests (3);
hotel unit "Lux" for 10 guests (4);
household and garage unit (5);
parking for 120 cars (6);
local purification facilities;
landing site for the rope tow lift (7);
track for a ski slope (10)
lift for snow tubing (8);
snow tubing track (9) ;
bridges over the streams (11);
a well for water supply system;
site for waste containers;
fire-fighting reservoirs with capacity of 100 m3 (2x50)

The ski tracks were cleaned from the windfalls, slopes were prepared for ski tracks
Developed a project of the Complex`s Service Centre with the expertise endorsement ;
10-kilowatt aerial transmission cables with 400 kVA voltage converter was installed;
The ski equipment was purchased;
Administrative building was constructed at the foot of mountain;
The rope tow lift was installed.
