If you are graduating with
20 credits: 5 local options
19 credits: 4 Local Options
18 credits: 3 Local Options
17 credits (minimum to graduate) : 2 Local Options

Deadline dates change from year to year. Many deadlines are non-negotiable. Plan to have application completed and in the mail at least a week before the deadline date.

11. $ values of scholarships vary: $50 - $60,000+

Scholarships are not just for high academic, university bound students. Many scholarships go unclaimed because no one applies…….

13. FHS Transcripts Shows Grade 11 & 12 marks from FHS
Will show mid-term mark once report card comes out in November, final mark at end replaces it.
Will show courses you are enrolled in next semester
If you have marks from somewhere else you must indicate that on your “transcript request form”. $1
Schools want transcripts that you have not handled (sent directly from FHS to post-secondary).
