This exercise is made for a woman's body
This exercise is made for a woman's body. You can be any size and there are no age restrictions. Many of the movements in belly dancing are natural to a woman's body. Belly dancing will utilize muscles not often used otherwise. This dance is for the purpose of promoting culture & total fitness. It's something that everyone can learn and enjoy.
