Ability to login/logout with or Facebook account
Create my event and manage these pictures(view, upload, download, delete)
Search pictures by event and operate these pictures(view, upload, download)

Appear in Party, wedding, concert
Love sharing fancy things
Conclusion: we need to support sharing pictures with each other, even they do not know each other.

7. Persona– Professional Photographer
Profession means high resolution
High resolution means large size
Conclusion: So we need to support high volume download and upload with control over this process.

Current api is designed for the mobile platform, so what will happen when it comes to a website?
Some concern before prototype:
The number of responded pictures every one time call?
The resolution of returned pictures?
Any control over upload/download pictures?
We tested the current api and explore its functionalities and pitfalls.

There is configurable.
The resolution of returned pictures?
Just raw pictures.
Later we may ask the backend to provide two kind of links, one is compressed link for view and the other one is original link for download

11. Explanation Any control over upload/download pictures?
Currently, there are no tracking over up/down process.
What if this process terminate in the middle?
Three solutions for downloading pictures:
Download them one by one
Compressed into a single zip file, backend issue
Save to a cloud storage provider(Dropbox or Google Drive)

12. Other issues How do we show the high resolution pictures fast?
Prepare two version of picture, one for viewing, one for downloading
How could we display the pictures with different dimensions?
Elastic allignment
What should we show when pictures are not loaded yet?
Black placeholder?
The base color of that picture?
