Introduction: The role of the court system is to achieve justice.
settle down disputes between parties. Without the court system , there will be an increase in the number of violations and crimes.

Why do people go to the court?
Being accused of a crime in a criminal proceeding. - Being accused of civil violation in civil cases. Being are witnesses to a crime. Being victims to other people.

Judges: The most important person in the court system.

The Jury: plays a very important role in finding out the real facts in a trial. An important part in the court system. The Petit jury is the trial jury that returns the verdict.
