Google Docs that are updated live per country with Opportunities Divided into project category, realization month or by LCs

22 Interview Tips Ask EPs to reflect BEFORE the interview:
1. Good and bad qualities you have (strengths and weaknesses) 2. Important experiences you lived (leading people, social work, etc.) 3. Why are you a good fit for this opportunity?

23 Suggestions 1. Use formal language. 2. Be open and friendly.
3. Be professional. 4. Be honest about your abilities and capacity. 5. Study the Opportunity and the country's reality before the interview. 7. Show a HUGE interest in the opportunity!

2. What type of exchange are you interested in? 3. How could you contribute to our global network? 4. Up to now, what are your greatest achievements? 5. Give us a reason to choose you instead of other candidates.
