Tender Dossier modification
Depending on the substance of the modification – whether there is also need to postpone the deadline for submission of offers If not then the modifications should be sent to the known tenderers and published in OJ latest 11 days before the submission deadline (leaving 15 days also for translation) Corrigendum to be formulated and necessary documents amended if applicable Modifications should be approved by the ECD (until EDIS)

Cancellation of the Tender Procedure (4.3.10)
Contracting Authority can cancel when: no qualitatively or financially worthwhile tender received the economic or technical data of the project have been fundamentally changed exceptional circumstances or force majeure render normal performance of the contract impossible all technically compliant tenders exceed the financial resources available there have been irregularities in the procedure

Cancellation of the Tender Procedure (4.3.10)
Tenderers must be notified (also about possible future tender) Tenderers are not entitled to compensation Cancellation Notice (A5) should be compiled and sent for publication to OJ

Tender Award (4.3.11) CA and EC approval of the Evaluation Report
Contract preparation – use of standard contract form (see Annex D 4) CA sends notification to successful Tenderer – validity extends 60 days Tenderer submits evidence to CA within 15 days CA examines evidence CA sends contract to Tenderer for signature Tenderer countersigns within 30 days CA publicises the award of the contract

Content: Publication reference Publication date of the procurement notice Lot number and lot title Contract value Date of award of the contract – different interpretations: notification, contract signature Number of tenders received Name and address of successful tenderer (consortium members)
