Many times, percents are used to describe the amount of change that has occurred. You’ve seen it in advertising (“Now with 25% more stuff!!!). You see it in reports like the one about skateboarding. These percents are referred to as a percent of change.

Calculating the percent of change is similar to calculating regular percents.
