Objectives By the end of our IC Session, department chairs will: Identify PLC member behaviors necessary to carry out data-driven, standards-based PLC goals by reflecting on currently observed member behaviors. Create a plan to facilitate PLC cultural shifts by writing action steps to support PLC members in addressing behaviors that can be counter-productive to creating productive PLC Culture Identify the 6-3-4s of PLCs by discussing explicit connections to individual content area and department culture.
