This project should be envisaged as a special project of national Importance & declared as such. We must select a hybrid project management & execution team directly reporting to CEO. The Nominated team be given the task to put up a complete project package in terms of execution, financing, cost control & completion. The targeted completion schedule of 30,000 houses should be based on economic order quantity as under 25 % in four years 30 % in six years 45 % in 8 years. Project can be offered to low income employees of Provincial as well as central Govt.
