10. Personal information of the student
Click on ‘next’ to move through the different pages. Most of the data are grayed out and you are not allowed to make changes yourself. FOR CHANGES YOU WILL HAVE TO REPORT TO THE REGISTRATION COUNTER WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF PROOF.
If a field is not grayed out, you are allowed to make amendments.
Everything marked with a ‘*’ is compulsory.
When you get to the Post-School information screen you can click on ‘Click here to register’ to proceed with your registration (see the next slide).

On the previous screen modules will be displayed as follows:
All FAILED and OUTSTANDING modules for previous years are listed
Of these you can select a MAXIMUM of 2 first and 2 second semester modules OR one year module.

Thereafter all the CURRENT YEAR’S modules are listed.
ELECTIVES for your curriculum (if any) are listed seperately for you to select.

17. On this screen the campus, method of delivery and the module period are selected. This is the modules for which you will be registered (senior students see next slide for directions).

18. Senior students
When you have selected your modules proceed to the next screen.
To apply the prerequisite test click next again.
The correction marks below ‘Pass prerequisites’ indicate the modules for which you will be allowed to register.
Click on the ‘i’ to see why the module did not satisfy the prerequisite requirement.

The modules for which you qualify to register are displayed on the screen together with those that did not meet the requirements. Click on ‘Remove unsuccessfull modules’ to remove them from the screen.
