2. WHAT IS OEPA?
OEPA stands for Office of Education Performance Audits.
They are a part of the WV Department of Education.

3. The OEPA’s primary goal is to assure that all schools are accountable for:
a common set of high quality standards
core policy and Code compliance
continuous improvement

4. One thing they do is interview groups of students.
In other words:
Their job is to measure the quality of education and the preparation of students.
To do this, teams of auditors visit the schools and look at a number of things.
