Ask young people what they think:
If you’re not on Facebook, you don’t exist!
Don’t try to be cool with us, don’t patronize us, just treat us with the same respect as others
Young job-seekers are not an homogenous group ->using multiple channels:
Facebook
Call centre’s own Skype profile and possibility to call for free with Skype
Developing self-service possibilities. In future: chatting with potential employer at our self-service portal
Co-operation with career counsillors working in education system

Invite employers to the youth job club and you may shut the club down
They need help to contact employers
Voluntary work
Opportunity to be active and gain work experience at the same time
Highly valued by young job seekers
Work practice (on the job training)

Other measures that are necessary given the individual needs
