Version -00 defines DHCPv4 option to locate the PAA in the access network
DHCPv4 client requests PAA DHCPv4 Option
DHCPv4 server responds with either:
A list of PAA domain names
Or a list of PAA IP addresses
Approved as WG document in DHC WG
