CDR related questions Tools:
Basic typesetting will be done in LaTex; templates and guidelines will be provided. CDR production will use „Overleaf“, a cloud-based collaborative editor with real-time feedback. To clarify: How to handle text parts largely identical to FCC-hh and FCC-ee (appear only in one place and get referenced in the other; fetched from central repository; separate copies of same text, ...) ? Must all items from the WBS be addressed (to different levels of detail) or not ? Use in CDR the same breakdown to levels and the same item numbering as in WBS ? Which illustrations are needed ? To which level of detail shall models be developed (e.g. detector or service caverns) ? Who shall be in charge of all these drawings (individual WPs) ? Where to store all these drawings (CDD/EDMS, also somewhere else for „Overleaf/LaTex“) ? Any standards to respect (format, fonts, font size, colour scheme, ...) ? Still useful to write separate explanatory notes if anyway soon all to be explained in CDR ?
