Post Level Reports Consolidated Post Report Annual Post Data Report
Established in 1975 to assist Departments in the documentation of Post level activities during the 12 month reporting period. The CPR will be mailed to each Post and posted online at under “Post Forms” Due by July 1st of each year. Annual Post Data Report National Report requiring Posts to update their location and contact information in order to update legion.org and mylegion.org. Mailed to each Post in February of each year. Post Officer Certification Report that identifies the Officers following Post elections Updates mylegion.org access Updates officer mailing addresses for official correspondence The Post Officer Certification forms are mailed to each Post and posted online at content/uploads/Certification-of-Post-Officers-Form.pdf for the printable version or at to complete and submit online.

District Level Reports
Post Inspection Form District Officers must inspect each post within the District during the year they are in office. Due to Department Headquarters by 1 March of each year. Provides District Officers with a step by step method of ensuring Posts are operating within the guidelines in the National, Department, and District Constitutions and The American Legion Post Operations Manual.
