Clicking “Yes and end the meeting” will end meeting (closes session for all users).

16. Browser will ask user for permission to switch to full screen mode.
Clicking Full Screen button launches BigBlueButton into full screen mode.

Getting students kinetically engaged in the lecture (or tutoring session)

Each user draws in their own separate layer -- their marks/clear events don’t affect any other user
Once Multi-user Whiteboard is turned off, the presenter can clear all whiteboard marks with the clear button.

Giving users the ability to collaborate during the lecture/breakout rooms

24. Launch two additional Shared Notes windows
Additional Shared Notes windows will be visible on all layouts. ❷ ❶

25. Format Text in Shared Notes
Change font, size, color, and orientation of selected text.

Download as formatted text (.html) or plain text (.txt)

Step 1. Enter a meeting name (such as “Demo Meeting”)
