Purpose: To order food in a restaurant. Instructions: Work in pairs. Read the dialogue on the next slide and practice it. Perform the conversation using specific phrases to order food in a restaurant. Substitute the underlined word with your own information.

Customer: Yes, I’d like the lobster. Waiter: All right. And would you like a salad? Customer: Yes, I’ll have a mixed green salad. Waiter: Ok. And what would you like to drink? Customer: I’d like an iced tea. Waiter: Would you like a dessert? Customer: Hmm yes, I’d like chocolate ice cream. Waiter: Ok. I’ll bring it right away.
