2 In 2012, According to World Health Organization, an estimated 56 million people died worldwide.
Non-communicable diseases were responsible for 68% of all deaths globally in 2012, up from 60% in 2000. The remaining being communicable diseases 60% of these diseases have facial symptoms In the African Region, 72% of all deaths are from communicable diseases They include HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, respiratory infections and the complications of pregnancy and childbirth

3 Mobile FaSD (Facial Symptoms Diagnosis) is a Mobile app developed to detect and differentiate between various Health diseases by using facial features, body signs and symptoms and most importantly, differential diagnosis. Facial feature recognition and differential diagnosis prognosis is integrated into a mobile application. Users will make use of the app to scan their face by taking a selfie and also input some other signs and symptoms which will run through our database bringing out result of disease related to the symptoms gotten from the selfie

5 What the face says about health
According to scientific researches, there are currently about 256 diseases with facial feature symptom Our Facial Symptom algorithm will be integrated into a mobile app coupled with differential diagnosis Users get diagnosed by taking a selfie and entering other body signs and symptoms Mobile FaSD also give instructions as to how the disease can be cured based on the result gotten from the Selfie and signs and symptoms

6 There are about 2 billion smartphone users in the World
Africa has about 1 billion mobile subscribers, 65% of which are smartphone users More than 95 per cent of the world's population is ill, the new analysis based on the 2013 Global Burden of Disease Study found.

7 IN conclusion An average Smartphone user takes a Selfie a Day. With the difficulty people face in getting an appointment with a doctor for diagnosis (especially in most African Countries), Mobile FaSD is changing the Africa by creating a Cheap, Simple, Easy and Fashionable way of health diagnosis. Our team comprises of Software developers, Medical Doctors, Medical laboratory Scientists and a Project Manager
