2 Mercury: the planet of craters
Mercury is the closest planet to the sun meaning it has the shortest years in the solar system! Mercury, which is one of the smaller planets, is plastered with craters! Mercury can reach unbearable heats as it is so close to the sun, best bring a freezer!

3 Venus Venus is trapped in clouds of sulphuric gas which keep the heat in meaning nobody has adventured to the surface! If you stood on Venus you would die almost instantly: the heat would be swiftly burning you alive! How gruesome!?

4 home Earth is made up of ¾ water
Earth is the only planet known to have life successfully living on it !!! Earth is made up of ¾ water

5 Mars Mars, which is known as the red planet, is the closest in our solar system to Earth Amazingly, scientists think they might have found bacterial life on this planet

6 Jupiter Jupiter has a raging storm which shows itself as a red spot
Jupiter Jupiter has a raging storm which shows itself as a red spot! It is incredible that our home, Earth could fit in that storm!!! Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system!

7 saturn SATURN`S RINGS ARE, LIKE URANUS, MADE OF ICE! SATURN IS A GAS GIANT MEANING YOU COULD FALL STRAIGHT THROUGH IT!!!

8 URANUS Uranus rotates on its side rather than it`s axis!!! Uranus is blue and cold as it is so far from the sun

9 Neptune: planet of ice If you took a photo on Neptune which was directed towards us we would show up as a blue pixel in a black sea. Neptune is the furthest planet from the Sun! It is also the coldest
