4. 2. What is Stakeholder Analysis?
A process of assessing of key stakeholders’ interest and level of influence
A process of assessing of impacts the involved stakeholders may have on the project

Increases interests and ownership among stakeholders
Identify relationship among various stakeholders
Understand politic and power dynamic between different stakeholders
Project team to make right decision for a project

Exercise type: small group work
Purpose: to practice on Stakeholder Analysis
Activities:
Provides introduction to participants
Divides participants into four small groups.

Activities:
Each group is responsible for developing one element of Stakeholder analysis, for example,
Group 1: identify all relevant stakeholders
Group 2: assessing level of their interests, impacts and their attitudes
Group 3: assessing the level of alignment with project
Group 4: determining what level they should be involved
